Coaching
Agreement
|
 |
The client sets the agenda
for all coaching calls. It is
their responsibility to decide on the focus of each call & to
fill the designated time. |
 |
All coaching is strictly
confidential. The coach will at no time
voluntarily use any information for the coaches own benefit or
voluntarily disclose any information to a third
party. While the Coach will do everything in her
power to keep communication confidential, the Client is aware
that there are certain exceptions. For example, communication
by email can potentially be intercepted or where the coach is
required to divulge information by law. |
 |
The client will call the Coach at
the prearranged time on
(203) 595-9386. If
the client is unable to make the call they will give the coach
a minimum of 24h notice and the coach will make every effort
possible to offer alternative times. There will be no
refund or credit for cancellations made less than 24h prior to
a scheduled call. Missed calls must be rescheduled
during the month of occurrence and cannot be carried forward. |
 |
Client may call
or email the Coach between scheduled sessions for
specific advice, to discuss a problem or a major success.
The Coach will make every effort to make time for extra calls at no charge,
provided that Client limits the call to no more than ten minutes.
If additional time is needed, the Coach will suggest an
additional session or partial session be scheduled. The Client
is encouraged to stay in touch with Coach between sessions via
e-mail. |
 |
The
Client agrees that the Coach’s
services are consultative in nature and that any
decisions made and actions taken, based on input or advice
from the Coach, are the complete responsibility of the Client. The
Coach shall have no liability or responsibility for any
actions of client taken or not taken in connection therewith.
The Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or
implied, as to results to be achieved, or as to the
consequences of any actions taken or not taken by
Client. |
 |
Payment is due monthly
in advance by
credit card. Other methods may be agreed upon
for
special situations but only if agreed prior to the first
coaching call. |
 |

month with an option to schedule a fourth call if needed. |

| "Coaches
are everywhere these days. Companies hire them to shore
up executives or, in some cases, to ship them out. Division
heads hire them as change agents. Workers at all levels of the
corporate ladder, fed up with a lack of advice from inside the
company, are taking matters into their own hands and enlisting
coaches for guidance on how to improve their performance, boost
their profits, and make better decisions about everything from
personnel to strategy. ...What exactly is a coach? Part personal consultant,
part sounding board, part manager. Yes, manager. Remember him?
That person whose job used to be to advise, motivate, and
train--but whose nose is now mostly stuck
in e-mail? For a surprising number of people, it is now the
coach--not the boss--who pushes them to hire, to fire, to
fine-tune a sales pitch, to stretch.
