Coaching is a powerful partnership that helps clients achieve extraordinary results in their personal and professional lives.

It is a collaborative process that accelerates the clients progress towards accomplishing specific goals and objectives. Coaching is an investment in the personal and/or professional development, performance, and quality of your life.

The coach has many roles during a coaching session:

Act as an insightful sounding board

Challenge you to raise your standards

Dedicated to assisting you to achieve your desired outcome

Give you strong, objective, non-judgmental feedback

Hold your vision &  keep you accountable for achieving your goals

Why Hire a Coach?

By hiring a coach you can expect to fast track your career whilst developing a better work/life balance.

Whether you want to change career, get a promotion, develop your business or just get more from your job, all of our clients tell us that with coaching they start to get more pleasure not from work but from life in general.

Coaching can only work if you, the client are determined to succeed.  The best strategies and plans in the world will only be successful if acted upon and for those who are determined the rewards can be exceptional.

You will move faster towards your goals than you ever thought possible

You will get to understand yourself as never before.

You will get to understand other people and develop strategies to become an excellent communicator.

You will gain total clarity in what you want to achieve.

You will stop wasting your time on things that don't move you forward.

You will increase your enjoyment of life

You'll start to notice a difference in the way people treat you both at work and at home.

It will seem to others that your success comes naturally without any effort on your behalf.

What to Expect In A Coaching Session

About 70% of one-on-one coaching is done over the telephone.  Most individuals find this way of coaching to be the most effective & convenient;  It takes less time out of their busy schedule & they can concentrate more effectively on results.  Others prefer either all their sessions or some of them to be in person.  the choice is yours!

To supplement calls I also use email and net meeting.  You call me at a pre-scheduled time, usually once a week. Calls last between 30-40 minutes, although they can last longer.

Each week we'll discuss goals & strategies and agree on your action plan.  We'll review the progress you've achieved since our last meeting and identify any opportunities or obstacles you may face along the way.

" I absolutely believe that people, unless coached, never reach their maximum capabilities"

Bob Nardelli

CEO Home Depot

"Executive coaches are not for the meek. They’re for people who value unambiguous feedback. All coaches have one thing in common, it’s that they are ruthlessly results-oriented."

FAST COMPANY Magazine

"What's really driving the boom in coaching, is this: as we move from 30 miles an hour to 70 to 120 to 180......as we go from driving straight down the road to making right turns and left turns to abandoning cars and getting on motorcycles...the whole game changes, and a lot of people are trying to keep up, learn how not fall off."

John Kotter, Professor of Leadership, Harvard Business School.
